A Colorful Memory

I had one of the most memorable experiences in my life, which I must say is my internship, in TBWA\RAAD. Through my daily journey in this magnificent world I discovered my inner creativity and have met people that have touched my life in different ways and enriched me as a human being.

This painting is made up of a stereo that represents the company in my eyes; this representation shows how although it has a geometric shape, which shows the way of the company, it is different from others in its strong creative musical way. My company is different from others, because you can speak up and be heard and respect your own way of thinking that is why I chose the stereo system. The colors that seep out of it and burst with colorful life are the different feelings and experiences that I when through in my time there.

The colors yellow, orange and red, are the excitement, energy, and the heat of creativity that has been around in the company during my stay. The blue, green, and purple are the honesty and the humbleness, and the compassion of the people I worked with, that without them I wouldn’t have come to where I am.

Save The Date

This project is about designing a package for date honey by creating a multi - dimensional invitation card serving as an event announcement as well as a package for a bottle of date honey. By choosing this multi sided package structure I aim to make the design and bottle inside this package to stand out.

Inspiration:

Since the occasion is a festival, I decided to give it the festive feel by creating circles inspired from the glow of the lights that are found in festivals. As for the colors, I gave it the shades of brown, because apart from being the colors of the dates it represents the dessert and climate of the Arab peninsula. For the package I chose it to be simple with a hexagon cover and shape, and added some transparency in the front. I decided to make a light color so the text can stand out in contrast to the dark color of the honey and place illustrated dates on the front label to give it more of an appeal, while the invitation text was placed on the back of the bottle.
